    The team are looking into the issue and working on a solution as soon as possible. Continue to post system specs, especially what graphics card and sim version you are using. This data will help indicate what may be causing this issue on certain systems. Please hang in there. @turbofandude
  4. External power not available

    This is due to NVIDA Inspector, return your NVIDIA Inspector profile to DEFAULT for P3D or FSX and try again. The AA modes that inspector uses erases the marking on the tablet. After that you will be able to see all the connections that can be made to the aircraft while parked on the ground, i.e. EXT Power EXT Air etc.

  6. Stuck in reverse and pack-sound wrong

    The PACK sounding wrong is actually correct. When you turn BOTH PACKS OFF, your hear an increase in noise and a whine sound. This is NOT the PACKS sounds. The reason your hear this, the cockpit displays get very hot when the PACKS are turned off, to keep them from overheating the Equipment Cooling fans spin up to overdrive to keep them cool while no air is circulating due to the packs. Once you turn the PACKS ON, you hear the equip fans return to normal and thus a decrease in noise, which is why you thought the behavior was incorrect. These are the little things about the 717 that make it a whole different animal from what we are all used to flying :-) Cheers.
  7. Stabilizer Trim Stuck

    Have you tried left or right clicking the trim switches on the yokes, or the ALT Long Trim near the thrust levers?
  8. Aircraft Load State

    This is due to "Persistence" being enabled. Go into the TFDi Design addon manger and under settings or Customize you will see options for how the aircraft is to be loaded each time you start the sim.

    I copied this from another post I answered; "Currently the Reverse Thrust system modelling is different than all the previous aircraft we are used to flying. The FSUIPC method ie (Repeat F2 when held, Engine1 throttle decr small, or any other variation of that) will not work currently. To achieve desired Reverse Thrust operation, map a BUTTON to Press "F2." During landing IDLE the engines as your normally would, when the NOSE Gear is ON the Runway, Press your button for "F2" (Once for REV IDLE, Once more for FULL REV, and finally a 3rd Time for EMERGENCY REVERSE which obviously is not used under normal operations.) Given that you have landed and Pressed F2 TWICE for normal Reverse, to get to IDLE normal taxi thrust, press F1 once for REV IDLE, and F1 again for NO REV, and back to normal engine IDLE to vacate the runway and taxi. Long story short, Map buttons F2 and F1 and you will be able to fly as desired." DEVELOPER NOTE: THIS SYSTEM IS TEMPORARY AND WILL BE MODIFIED / RECTIFIED IN AN UPCOMING BUILD* As for REVERSE THRUST axis support this is not yet implemented but I will pass this along to the team.
  10. A/P Disconnect Alarm will not Silence

    Autopilot warnings requires two Presses, one to disengage AP, one more to silence the alarm. The AP is disconnected via either Yellow yoke button.
  11. No TOC/TOD

    The TOC and TD indication along with certain MCDU features are still being added. The MCDU operation is about 75% complete I have been told, not to worry though it will be fully simulated to 100% in the coming builds. Pause at TOD will be passed along to the team.

    They plan to do it for all the displays if I am not mistaken.

    This is planned on the list of upcoming features. *Be Advised, the mouse cursor will change giving the appearance that the MCDUs can be popped up, this is False. Clicking there will ENABLE keyboard input, clicking again will disable it. Don't forget or you will wonder why all your keyboard inputs aren't getting sent :-) *

  15. ADIRU

    Make sure the Parking Brake is set, do NOT move the aircraft during the time it is aligning. Second, while IRU In ALIGN is displayed on the display you must enter your Origin / Destination, i.e. KLAX/KSFO into the MCDU. After that click return the F-Pln Init and you will see "INITIALIZE IRS" if you do not press that they will NOT Align and you will get the warning shown. Give that a try and report back your findings.
