  2. Hi all, I would like to suggest to TFDI team to put in the MD-11 the possibility of a failure and maintenance system, I think that this thing it gould give us a more deeper product and much more realistic, and obviusly with the posibility of desactivate for thouse that don't want to have a failure in mid of a flight for the bad handling or because of a random failure. I think more people would like this kind of things in the MD-11, personally I love this things and makes that the flight have to be perfectly handled for avoid a failure. Thank you for read my suggestion and for make this lovely

  3. Hello! New to Pacx loving it so far great addition to MSFS2020!, I like doing airline flights but being able to be sat at my computer for a long time is almost impossible without interruptions, I've been looking around the documentation and forums for this topic but not got any results, so Question If I may. Does Pacx have a in-flight "Pause" option, So you can pause the ETA timer and any events that occur? Would it be possible to implement such a feature? Keep up the great work! -Nemi-

  4. Now that the Lufthansa repaints are done and uploaded to the downloads section here in this forum, I decided to go back to KDFW and repaint American Airlines Metal Livery. Getting the stripes on the nose was tough and they aren't perfect, but I got the 717 repaint as closes as the livery appears on a real life MD-80.

  8. Adding Data to PACX (since Version 1.0.4.0a3) Adding Data to PACX is simple, and takes little time. This guide will outline how to add aircraft (along with their respective seating plan), adding new airports, adding new flight comments to your flights and adding new names that passengers can use when you start a new flight. Each of these parameters are edited via their respective .xml files, which are found in the Assets folder in the PACX installation directory (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\TFDi Design\PACX). Adding New Aircraft Editing folder: Assets\Airplanes Ea

  11. PACX does pause when the simulator is paused. This event will be called by FSUIPC 7. If this does not function correct, please let us know via a report post, or via a support ticket.

  14. I too, would love to see the 717 brought into MSFS 2020. A nominal upgrade fee wouldn't hurt my wallet too much. πŸ˜‰

  15. Thanks for the reply! It's unfortunate that there hasn't been a release timeline set for SmartCARS 3.

  17. After a few stops and starts, i am finally ready to unveil a livery that have been working on for quite a while. It is a Lufthansa 2020 livery for the 717. The tail and its line up with the fuselage was really, really tough. If somebody as a merge of the fuselage master with the vertical stabilizer, it would may a future repaint much easier. Anyways, I am going back to my Lufthansa 2010 livery and doing some minor adjustments. After that, I plan on releasing both of Lufthansa Liveries to the downloads section.

  19. Hello TFDi team ! I would love to see a maintenance system coming with the MD11, with random failures that apply an INOP label on the instrument/pushbutton in the cockpit Cheers

  20. Dear team , Once again, thank you for your awesome product, I can't fly anymore without ! πŸ™‚ However, I noticed a small thing which can be improved ; Sometime we insert our cruising level and if we don't reach it (too heavy or something else), CCM aren't starting the service until the cruise level is reached... Is it possible to add a button "cruise level reached" and then the cabin crew can start the service even if our planned flight level isn't reached ? Because now, I am not able to reach my cruising altitude (too heavy) so the PAX aren't able to get a drink/snack/food until the arrival

  21. Thank you for the support! PACX will automatically detect cruise after you've levelled off. It takes some time (to avoid false positives while holding/slow climbing) but it should flip over to cruise after some time.

  22. I'm used to it now. It's not the end of the world. Thanks though. I can live with it while using FSX. Doesn't happen on P3D so its not that big of a deal.

  23. First of all, I would like to say thank you to every person who has submitted content for the MD-11. We have been inundated with key materials that will contribute directly to the development of the aircraft.Everything is greatly appreciated. If you do have any more manuals, diagrams, photographs, or information please continue to send them in right here. A big shoutout to @ozzman1997 for his continued hard work on the exterior model. The control surfaces are now all exported from the model and our flight dynamics programmer will soon begin his work from the amazing material that has been

  27. We are not becoming OrbX exclusive, this is simply another place to purchase the TFDi Design 717. At the moment, there will not be any license transfers and any updates we release will be mirrored with OrBX. Any updates will be done via the OrbX store if you purchased it from there, if otherwise, you will update via the Addon Manager.

  29. Hi TFDi team, Super excited to hear about the MD-11 announcement! I'm excited to see what you guys bring to the fore with this one. I'm a long time fan of your 717 and I'm sure the MD-11 will live up to the expectations. Once released I'll be sure to be doing some repaints of this beautiful bird. I have a suggestion that some developers do not honour and affects the accuracy of the liveries based on operator - the ability to control cabin window configuration on the external model. Some vendors cut their windows into the 3D model and do not allow for creating various cabin window

  30. I also support this method of model texturing as it gives painters flexibility of how to present a paint. In fact you can even produce a paint of a freighter, "modeling" a cargo door on the fuse by using the bump and spec maps (and metal maps if it will be a PBR model). Here is the result I came up with on the A333 (Airbus just started converting A333's from pax to freighters, the Air Hong Kong/DHL was the 1st) If you look close, the "light" you see on the cargo door lip is from the PBR model catching the light from the modified bump map I made for the cargo door (I actual
