    Is the 717 P3D4.2 compatible?

Agreed, it was FSUIPC that caused all the issues. I found an older version of FSUIPC on my PC and installed that. All problems went away.

    Is the 717 P3D4.2 compatible?

No it was with all my Orbx scenery addons and PTA. The aircraft I tested was the default F-35 at the default starting airport. Totally borked P3d. To play it safe I'm doing a complete uninstall and re-install. Update: Both Chaseplane and PTA are not yet compatible with version 4.2. It looks like 4.2 has broke quite a few addons which have caught some developers off guard.

    Is the 717 P3D4.2 compatible?

I did a test with 4.2 and default aircraft at a default airport and am having nothing but problems so far. Getting 2-3 second freezes every 5 seconds or so. I'd hold off on the update for awhile.
  4. I keep having an issue where FSUIPC stops working at the same point in a flight I'm trying to do. I know it's FSUIPC because everything I'm in running that relies on FSUIPC stops working at the same time. This happens in different aircraft so I know it's not a 717 issue. I've tried 4 flights in 2 different aircraft and the same thing happens in the same spot. I've tried re-installing FSUIPC with no change. I have no payware airports in the area so nothing really new should be loading at that time. Never had an issue like this before. Anybody have any ideas? Addons: Orbx Global & NA AS16 + ASCA FSUIPC Registered P3D V4.1 EDIT: I've also posted on the FSUIPC forum but am still waiting for moderator approval.

    Autoland off centre

I've updated all the nav data for P3d and the aircraft database. Only the 717 lands off centre for me.

    Autoland off centre

Perhaps part of the issue is the autothrottle is a tad too aggressive? Adds a little too much power then reduces a little too much. As for the left/right side of runway landing I'm wondering if it has trouble correcting for wind?
  7. Using autoland I always land to either the far left or far right side of the runway. It's like the runway is divided perfectly down the middle and the aircraft will choose to land on the centre of the left or right half, usually the right half. I found and old thread from September where another person mentioned the same issue, but I haven't seen anything mentioned since. Looking at the localizer it's about 1/2 dot off from centre while tracking in. It seems to be a persistent issue. Anyone else have this or a solution?
  8. All is well, lights working again! Thanks for the very quick fix. Especially working on the weekend to get it done, that shows great dedication. Much appreciated!
  9. With the new update should we see RealLight in the add on tab? I noticed TrueGlass is there now.
  10. Looks like for two of us at least RealLight was somehow disabled after the update.
  11. After today's update I no longer have any cockpit night lighting. During the update I noticed it ran TrueGlass and RealLight again. I tried uninstalling and re-installing again. Addon manager is running as admin and I turned off my anti-virus. No error messages, just no cockpit lighting. External lights working fine.

    Laggy altitude tape

Ah yes! I was doing some testing with different settings and forgot to switch it back off. Thanks for the reminder!
  13. I've been noticing lately that the altitude tape seems to be very laggy. Instead of a smooth transition when changing altitude is stutters and jumps most of the time. It seems to only be the altitude tape. Every other instrument and the flight sim itself is running smooth. Anyone else notice this?

    New CTD

After the update I am no longer having any CTD's. I also deleted my shaders folder at the same time, so I' m not sure if either of those helped to resolve the issue or not. Aircraft seems to be working perfectly now.
