Thought I'd kick things off with my setup.

  • Aorus Z270X-Gaming 7 motherboard in white
  • Intel i7-7700K 4.2Ghz
  • 32GB G.Skill TridentZ RGB DDR4-3200
  • Samsung Pro 950 M.2 512GB primary drive
  • 2 Crucial 275GB SSDs in RAID 0 for games other than flight sim and iRacing
  • PNY 480GB SSD for general storage
  • 2 8-GBGTX 1070 Founders Editions in SLI
  • NZXT S340 Elite White case
  • Corsair RM750x white power supply (with white cabling)
  • NZXT Kraken X62 CPU water cooler
  • 2 NZXT AER RGB fans powered by Hue+
  • LG 34" Ultra-wide primary display (only 1080p, it's gonna get upgraded to 4k soon)
  • BenQ 24" 1440p secondary display
  • Arozzi gaming desk

After 25 years of building PCs for other people, finally at the point I was able to build the PC I wanted...well, mostly.  I still want to get a big all glass case and put a custom cooling loop for CPU and a separate loop for the 2 video cards.  Proud of it if ya can't tell!! :D  (and yes, I know the LED strip and GPU power cables weren't straight when I took the video, but it's fixed now lol)

Nice system, I have similar 2 gtx 1080 ti I7-8700k ,like you I don't know which monitor to get. I am currently using a 55inch TLC tv @ 60hz and I feel I want more. Like 144hz I just don't know yet . Let me know what you have decided on and why.
