Pacx not integrated in FsX

Recommended Posts

Dear,

I installed Pacx on my FSX-SE and Pacx works on the simulator.

However, it is only possible to use Pacx when full screen is disabled. Pacx is working like a different program on my desktop. When I want to do something on Pacx (for example start a flight / check boarding status...) it looks like I open another window and the sound of FSX disappears. When "Pause on task switch" is enabled, my simulator is also paused.

I'm using Windows 10, and i'm using FSX Active Sky add-on.

Can you help me with this issue?

Thanks in advance!

At this moment, PACX is an external application. We are working on ways to bring more functionality inside the sim.

The PACX manual states this is an active function. So it is not?

There is a menu inside the simulator (Addons -> PACX) that bypasses some of the need to leave the simulator. That feature is already present and working. What I was referring to was a system that could potentially eliminate the need to leave the simulator for ANY reason during flight.

Ok. Not sure why but I do not have the PACX present in the Addons while inside the sim. It is not a clickable option for me.
