1927.- Charles Lindbergh, North American pilot, lands in Paris and successfully completes the first non-stop transatlantic flight, taking the prize of $ 25,000. The airplane with which it achieves it has been designed by himself and baptized it with the name of "Spirit of St. Louis" ("The spirit of Saint Louis"). It took off from New York the day before.
