No email received using Forgot Password facility


Question

Hello all.

There is an issue with the Forgot Password facility.

and for some reason the password I have been happily using for some reason last night did not work.

So I used the Forgot Password facility - about 5 times- and no email has been received. I have heard this is an issue?

I am an administrator of the IPS so need to get this sorted please asap.
