All, If you have having DirectX install issues with the 717, smartCARS or PACX, please install the DirectX Runtimes from this link:

https://tfdidesign.com/dl.php?type=d&id=8

If you do not already have the correct DirectX Runtimes installed on your machine. You will get the error "The installation software was unable to download the file" when DirectX is installed. The above link will fix the issue.
