"Cabin Ready Check" not working

Hello,

I have never gotten the "cabin ready" confirmation within PACX. I only see "Taxiing out", and then "Climb" as the next stage. I have tried the "Cabin ready check", but nothing happens. There is no audio playing and no response given at all. I have made sure that the seatbelt sign is on (it's set to partial in PACX and I've set it manually every time). I expect there to be some sort of "Cabin ready" or "takeoff" stage to PACX, no?

 

Using MSFS 2020 with A320NX (FBW mod).

 

Any ideas what's causing this?

Can you provide a PACX log from this issue? This can be found at %localappdata%\PACX\log.txt.
