Question

[FIXED]

{SOLUTION: Go into your Prepar3D v5 installation folder. Scroll down and find the file named udt.dll.  Now rename the udt.dll to udt.BAK then try to install the product again.}

[ORIGINAL QUESTION]

Hello! I just purchased this aircraft after having my eye on it for years. I'm very excited but keep getting an error while trying to install with the manager tool.

I have included a screenshot of the error. I have no idea what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hayden 321 Yes! I have fixed it.

Try this;

Go into your Prepar3D v5 installation folder. Scroll down and find the file named udt.dll.  Now rename the udt.dll to udt.BAK then try to install the product again.

This instantly fixed it for me. I hope this fixes you and anyone else browsing who are having the same problem.
