717 Operations Manual

Recommended Posts

The documentation that comes with the product is detailed enough to perform a flight but is lacking any detailed info on systems, procedures etc.

I keep searching Google hoping to come across one and this one keeps popping up.

http://www.esscoaircraft.com/p-13538-boeing-717-200-operations-manual.aspx

$100 is a bit steep for me but I don't think I'm the only person who would be interested in owning one.

I was thinking about setting up a crowdfunding page so anyone who would be interested in having a copy could put forward say a couple of dollars and when we reach $100 we could purchase the digital version and everyone (who put forward) gets a copy.

Good idea? Bad idea? Would you be interested?

You can get a full set of 717 flight manual for free at : http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/forum.php

You need to sign in, then go to file Library/aircraft manuals section. There are flight manuals for Airbus, Boeing

and some GA aircrafts.

Happy flying

Thanks for the link. I picked up volume 1-4 of the 717 Manual, the Air Tran AOM, and the 717 MCDU manual.

How did you find them?  Could you put a direct link?

I found it.  Thank you.  This is a great source.  They have all kind of different manuals.

Here is the most direct link:  http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=6&page=3

You have to register to see the downloads. I had registered previously and forgot about it.

Does anyone have FPPM for 717? I was thinking about writing an app for T/O Performance Calculations.
